With 14 casinos right across the Netherlands, Holland Casino is the only real casino business in the country. As the only provider of table games such as American Roulette and Black Jack, we have a unique position in the Dutch gaming market. With a passion for hospitality and entertainment, we offer 1.1 million guests a year the most exciting gaming in a safe and responsible environment.

We stand for exceptional hospitality and we are only happy when we create the perfect experience and receive a score of 9+ from our guests. This is why we set great store in personal attention and a high level of hospitality. We know what is important to our guests and we aim to exceed their expectations time and time again. Together with our 3,700 colleagues, we do our utmost to keep on surprising our guests, day after day.

Personal growth and development
Your personal growth and development is extremely important to us. Which is why we offer our employees various professional training courses, to make sure you have all the expertise and skills you need to provide our guests with a fantastic ‘entertainment experience’.

In addition to the extensive and fully paid croupier training, we offer professional training for employees in the Services and Slot Machines departments. All our professional training courses consist of a combination of online learning, group training sessions and work floor training with one-on-one supervision. At the end of the training course, participants take a number of theory and practical exams and when they pass these exams they are awarded a diploma. For F&B employees, we have an extensive on-the-job onboarding programme and we are currently developing our own in-house professional training course.

On top of this, we offer all our employees a wide range of individual online training courses, which each person can pick from according to their own career development wishes. When you work for us, you will also learn a wide range of useful skills on the job, such as cooperation, communication and hospitality. And your colleagues are always ready and willing to help you on that front.

For management positions, we offer a wide range of leadership training courses and workshops. In addition, we have a Management Development programme that we use to prepare management talent for their next step within our organisation. Masterclasses, on the job coaching & development and business cases are part of this Management Development programme.

Finally, we are also keen to offer young talent an opportunity for development within our organisation via a number of very interesting internships, both at our head office and in our casinos.

Holland Casino and society
Holland Casino is very much a part of society, on both a national and regional level. We are engaged in our surroundings and we are very much aware of the impact we have on the environment and society. We take the well-being of our guests very seriously and support local and national initiatives and good causes, such as the Dutch ALS foundation, Ronald McDonald charities, the Roparun foundation and the Dutch Heart Foundation (Hartstichting).
